The structure of success solely focused on economic and technological features was buried in the past as an old-time classic. The rules of the game  has changed in the new world. Now is the time to move to the new rules of the new world. Now, one of the essential parameters of successful production is the concept of sustainability.

 We, as Su-Taş Madencilik employees, consider "environment" as a trust to be transferred to future generations. By protecting the environment, the universe and the humanity, we are looking for ways to grow by taking the best practices in the world as examples. We aim to make the future sustainable.

In order to realize our sustainable future environmental goals, we will continue to develop our work on the following principles:

• we will direct our projects with the environmental data covering basic topics such as meteorology and climate data, geology, air quality, surface and groundwater quality, soil quality, flora-fauna, noise, acid rock drainage potential, hydrology and hydrogeology by getting done studies of the physical, biological and socioeconomic environment in which the project takes place  and producing the projects targeting minimum environmental impacts;
• We will Prefer environmentally friendly technologies;
• We will fully comply with environmental obligations and adapt to international environmental management standards without being limited by legislation;
• We will improve the environmental internal monitoring system and improve the effectiveness of internal audits;
• We will reduce natural resource consumption and ensure efficient use of natural resources;
• We will reduce waste generation, promote reuse, recycling and recovery;
• We will constantly raise awareness of all our employees with trainings in order to minimize the behavioral risk factors in the environment;
• We will organize activities to increase the environmental awareness of the society;
• We will carry out work to restore land to nature during and after mining activities.
