Su-Stone Mining undertakes to work in all its businesses and search areas as dedicated to the below principles in order to ensure the health and safety of its employees and to maintain our environmentally friendly activities and respect to the community as well as  to fully comply with the provisions of relevant legislation and ethical rules of the countries in which we operate.

1. To fully comply with the provisions of the relevant legislation and ethical rules of the countries in which we operate;
2. To capture the standards at the highest level in line with the expectations of all of our stakeholders in our project and production processes, to investigate and implement improvement opportunities;
3. Designing, operating and structuring all preventive activities and associated infrastructures to ensure continuity by creating a safe work environment and to prevent employees from suffering from occupational diseases or getting injured;
4. In recruitments and purchasing and selection of subcontractors, to select persons and firms with appropriate qualifications and skills and those who will be committed to business safety management;
5. Ensure that work considered as high risk as a result of the risk assessment is carried out after taking necessary measures to reduce the risk values to an acceptable level;
6. Implementing regular monitoring and evaluation programs, following these practices and ensuring that the opportunities for improvement are realized by taking the necessary precautions;
7. To obtain the opinions of our stakeholders on business safety, health and environment related to the preparation, production and closure phases of the projects, and provide feedback through an open and honest communication;
8. To commit to work safety, health and environmental performance reports and report all accidents;
9. To prevent the purchase, leasing and use of machinery and equipment that are not suitable for our safety and environmental principles.

All our employees are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and development of these principles in relations with work safety, health, environment and the community.
